2. Online Payment Security

3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation message or receipt via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

In case of failed transactions, the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that you or someone authorized is available to receive and pay for the order.

Refusal to accept COD orders repeatedly may result in suspension of COD service for future purchases.
