1. Return Policy

Since our products are food items (namkeen and snacks), returns are only accepted if:

You receive the wrong item, or

The product is damaged, expired, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video).

Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you paid in cash (COD), you may choose a replacement item or credit note for your next purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

Once the product is packed or dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
